when we went up north last weekend, we were in town getting ice cream at The Cool Spot and we were just walking up and down the main strip (the whole quarter mile of it!) eating our ice cream cones. In front of the bookstore was a little kids' bicycle with a sign hanging from it that said, "Go, Lance, Go!" in a little kid's writing. Even cuter? a construction paper cutout of a yellow shirt was tacked above it that said, "Today Lance wears the yellow jersey!".
awww... how cute! I love the attitude the people up there have. They really seem to appreciate being outdoors and staying active. That could be because there's really nothing else to do up there, but whatever...
